1. Clean and adjust thermostat

2. Check and tighten loose connections

3. Check and clean condenser

4. Check refrigerant charge

5. Monitor voltage and amperage draw

6. Inspect inside cooling coil if accessible

7. Monitor air conditioning cycle

8. Clean primary and secondary drain lines

9. Monitor and adjust blower components

10. Check operating pressures

11. Install algae tablets

12. Check suction line insulation

13. Check and/or replace filter
