What do our HVAC Service Senior Techs Do
Your New Role
Lead residential HVAC service and project work in Carrollton, TX
Take ownership of service and maintenance calls while setting the standard for workmanship
Complete 2 to 4 service calls per day with efficiency and attention to detail
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumps
Perform preventative maintenance to improve system performance and customer comfort
Support and guide team members on job sites
Deliver excellent customer service and recommend solutions based on system needs
Maintain accurate service records and follow company procedures

Requirements
EPA Refrigerant Certification required
At least 5 years of residential HVAC service experience
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift and carry 25 to 50 pounds consistently
Authorized to work in the United States
Ability to commute to Carrollton, TX
